Our Service provides educational materials and mock exams for the Malawi Highway Code (Highway Code 1 & 2) to assist users in preparing for their driving tests. We offer both free practice sessions and premium mock exam sessions. This service is owned and operated by Mfive Consulting.

4. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payments

Premium mock exam sessions are available for purchase. We accept payments via Airtel Money. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay the specified fees.

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. Educational Purpose Only

The content provided on this Service is for educational and practice purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our materials based on the Malawi Highway Code, we do not guarantee that using this Service will result in passing the official driving test. The official test is administered by the Directorate of Road Traffic and Safety Services (DRTSS), and our Service is not affiliated with the DRTSS.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mfive Consulting and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of Malawi.

7. Termination
